“Il parco degli Acquedotti” is near the Cinecittà district, in the southof the capital; 6 of the 11 ancient aqueducts converge in this park, and the 7th, Felice aqueduct realized during the Renaissance, and still working today. The park is a real natural lung for the city, it is used by the locals to carry out various recreational sports activities; running, tennis, golf, cycling, football, rugby and relaxing walks.

Part of the park is also used by shepherds, during the spring, on the occasion of transhumance. Its configuration is also suitable to shoot documentaries of different information and films, as well as offering a unique setting in the world, for the realization of film scenes, some of which have become famous in the art of cinematography as the film of the director Paolo Sorrentino ”La grande bellezza”.

The visit to the “Parco degli Acquedotti” takes about two hours: starting from the underground line A of San Giovanni direction Anagnina, to get off at the “Subaugusta” station; continue on foot going up Viale Tito Labieno until you meet the park.
